4.- Need to Register
To use TANNGO services or purchase your items, you must register.
The subscription to news and information via email is not mandatory to proceed with the purchase of an item or personalization service.

The price of the items will be the one indicated on our website, except in case of manifest error. Given that, depending on circumstances, errors may occur, if we find an error in the price of any of the items ordered in an order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, giving you the option to reconfirm your order with the correct price or if you do not want to cancel it without any cost If it is impossible for us to contact said client, the order will be considered canceled and the amounts received will be reimbursed in full if it has been done. 6.- Shipping costs

8.- Delivery deadlines
The delivery times of the products are calculated in business days from the confirmation of the order and payment of the same, according to the following:

The delivery time of an article is understood as the sum of the “availability” time indicated by the product plus the transit of national or international transport.

9.- Delivery and reception
The delivery of orders will be made by a transport company or courier, being these depending on the destination and the method of sending Correos Express, MRW, DHL, GLS, SEUR or Glovo, who will do so at the delivery address indicated by The buyer during the formalization of the order. 10.- Return of articles
TANNGO accepts the return of purchased items, only, in the following two cases:
