What are my delivery options?
You can have your items delivered to the desired address or workplace. It is your choice.
There is also the option of picking up your order at the TANNGO Showroom Studio at Calle Casanova 191, 08036, Barcelona.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping method in use. We know you do not like to wait when you do online shopping, so all of our deliveries are express (24-48 hours) and international. If you are located in Barcelona, we offer you the possibility of having your items delivered the same day just a few hours after you have processed the order, if your order was placed before 19:00, from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
- Spain and Europe: within 24-48 hours working days.
- Same Day Delivery Barcelona: Same day delivery within Barcelona for all orders placed between Monday and Friday before 19:00, excluding national holidays.
Do I have to pay a delivery charge?
We offer FREE delivery for orders over 50€.
Orders under 50€:
- Peninsula: 5 €.
- Balearic Islands: 7.50 €
- Canary Islands: 11 €*
- Ceuta and Melilla: 14 €*
*An additional charge applies for shipments in Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, as well as customs processes and special taxes. Shipping in Canary Islands includes shipping fee and SAD (Single Administrative Document). These shipments will depend on the additional charge of importation SAD and the corresponding payment of IGIC (General Indirect Canary Islands tax, 7% of the value declared on the bill) at the delivery time. These and any other customs expenses will be the customer responsibility in any case. Tannous Barcelona undertakes to arrange all the procedures and documents required for the corresponding customs management.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you can track your order status in real time. Access the section “My Orders” from your account.
What is the shipping process for TANNGO?
We will send you an order confirmation email and another one including the tracking number and link to the site where you can follow the progress of the delivery team. You will receive a further SMS or email from the driver informing you of the delivery.
