Do I have to pay to return or exchange an item?

No. We have a free return and exchange policy.

How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?

You have the right to exchange or return an item within 30 days of receiving the order confirmation email.

TANNGO reserves the right to deny out of time requests for refunding or items found in a different condition than they were on the day they were delivered.

How can I exchange or return an item?

  • Access the section MY ACCOUNT – RETURNS & REFUNDS and follow the instructions to request a refund or change a size. We will send a driver to collect the item you wish to return to the desired address.
  • The same way you can make the pick up of your order in the TANNGO Showroom Studio, there is also the option to make its return or change in the same space. Our Showroom Studio is located at Calle Casanova 191, 08036, Barcelona. Open from 10AM to 2PM and from 4PM to 8PM.

Where can I find my receipt?

You may find your receipt attached to the notifications you will receive by email after the shipping, or on the section MY ACCOUNT where you can see the details of your purchase.

If I exchange an item, can I request an online refund for the new item on

Yes. You have 30 days after the shipment has been confirmed.

Can I exchange or return any item?

Yes, as long as they are in perfect condition and with their corresponding labels attached.
Keep in mind the following exceptions:

  • Bathing clothes:  must include the hygiene sticker.
  • Underwear: underwear items will not be exchanged or returned.
  • Accessories: must include their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund through the same payment method you used in a maximum estimated time of 10-14 days, depending on your banking institution.
